Psalms 114 - His Presence Makes the Difference

7 Earth, tremble in the presence of the Lord,
in the presence of the God of Jacob.

8 He turns a rock into a pool filled with water
and turns flint into a spring flowing with water.

Reflection of B:

This Psalms is so short... only 8 verses. Yet the message is clear, that God can change anything bad into good, or dryness into pool of water. In His presence all creatures must surrender. Yes, with God all things are possible. We need to come into His presence when we feel dry or thirsty.


Dear Lord,
You have quenched my thirst and longings. You have made all things beautiful no matter what state they are in. All I need is You.
