Psalms 85 - Hear What God Says to Be Saved

8 I want to hear what God the Lord says,
because he promises peace to his people, to his godly ones.
But they must not go back to their stupidity.
9 Indeed, his salvation is near those who fear him,
and {his} glory will remain in our land.
Psalms 85:8-9 (GW)

Reflection of B:

This passage reminds me that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Yes, when we fear (reverent) Him, we will not do stupid things. For we will hear what God has to say and be saved from all the things that will harm us.

Dear Lord,
Let me listen to Your voice and be wise in the decisions I make. Let me not do anything stupid that will make You sad. Save me from my own foolishness and the troubles I may about to make. Guide me in my path and teach me to say what is right in my work and other places.
In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
